On April 1, 2011,"Jethro" APHA reg. "Fooled Ya" was born to Rios Wonder,a 15.3 black, tobiano APHA and by G F Fast N Fancy,16.2, gray TB. This baby is expected to turn gray which is quite rare in the paint world. He's a big, healthy, correct colt who got the best from both parents. Beautifully marked tobiano coloring, long legs, size and super puppy dog personality. A natural athlete, he's already jumped over the wheel barrow a couple of times:). He's been handled daily and rasied with dogs and other horses. He's confident, curious and VERY sensible. FREE to a good home: River of Roses (Rosie) is a 17 yr old 16.1 reg. TB mare. She has an old knee injury on her left front leg that makes her unsound & unrideable but does not require any treatment. We have not been able to get her in foal the last 2 years so she is retiring to life as a pasture mate or pet. She is gentle, kind & quiet;loves to be brushed & fussed over. She has been a patient teacher to all the foals we've raised. She would be a lifelong companion to a new friend, horse or human. She has been out 24/7 with a run-in shed & a warm blanket in winter. We feed her some 13% sweet feed along with grass in summer & lots of hay in winter. Rosie is a "people" horse & pleasure to be around.
